The Lincoln Leadership Day is a one day event run by the leadership development team at Lincoln University. On Wednesday last week 40 of our senior student leaders enjoyed the opportunity to work together in their various teams, do some planning for the year, think about what it means to be a leader, and be challenged with some adventure based learning exercises. Students had the advantage of a beautifully sunny day along with the use of Lincoln’s excellent Recreation Centre and fields for their activities, and there were lots of positive comments about the experience. Amongst the team of facilitators from the University were a couple of StAC Old Collegians, and it was great for our students to hear about what they have been doing since they finished school.
