The Year 13 Business classes visited Kaikoura to go whale watching and learn about this sustainable business. An excellent presentation was given by Lisa Bond, marketing manager at Whale Watch, who explained the company history story and how its values such as Kaitiakitanga and Manaakitanga run throughout the business. During the whale watch experience, the classes saw two whales, southern royal albatross, a baby shark and several pods of dusky dolphins. A great day was had and plenty learnt.
