The StAC rugby programme hosted Mike Cron, All Blacks forward coach and scrum guru, who worked with our rugby players in a very interactive and innovative session. Mike focussed on the scrum and line out, offering some very constructive tips. The players enjoyed the session, learnt a lot and were extremely grateful for having the opportunity to work with one of the best in the business.
