Following on from the success of Crepe day, French students were treated to a sampling of snails!! Student reactions varied from those who consumed 5-6 snails and pronounced them to be “délicieux” to those who found them a little “dégoutant”. There is however no doubt whatsoever that this proved to be a rich cultural experience!
