A group of 42 Year 13 Business students visited Whale Watch in Kaikoura to experience one of the world’s best sustainable businesses. Whale Watch Kaikoura have a long line of international awards and in 2011 they were awarded the Pacific Asia Travel Association Gold Award in the Environment and Eco-Tourism Category. 

For their Year 13 projects, the students need to form a business which is both sustainable and innovative, so it was a great choice to pick this company as their case study.
